The Philippines’ favourite pickle.
A mix mix of crunchy carrot, green papaya, bell peppers, shallots and garlic in sweet peppery cane vinegar.
Traditionally eaten with anything rich like pork skewers or lumpia. So pairs very well with anything off the barbecue, eat it with drinks and other snacks or sneak into a sandwich or cheese toastie! And keep the pickle liquor for salad dressings or reduce to a glaze.
INGREDIENTS
green papaya, carrot, bell peppers, thai shallot, garlic, ginger, birds eye chilli, peppercorns, salt, sugar, white wine vinegar (contains sulphites,) cane vinegar (contains sulphites.)
Consume by the use by date on the jar and store in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week. Produced in an environment that handles: Milk, Eggs, Soya, Gluten, Sulphites, Tree Nuts, Sesame and Mustard.
