LUTO

pronounced LOO-to 

Meaning to cook in Tagalog.

Tagalog is one of the main languages of the Philippines, a vocabulary influenced heavily by Spanish and English, 

and to some extent Chinese and Arabic.

Like the language the food is a true mix of cultures.  

LUTO is a pop up rooted in this heritage aiming to transport you to chef Mary San Pablo’s motherland.
